The right sized courier bag allows enough space and room for your product. However, it can be difficult to visualize whether your product can fit into the poly mailer.

A courier bag’s thickness is measured by micron (µ) or millimeter (mm). The thickness of your polymailer is heavily dependent on the type and weight of the product you sell.

Heavier duty items that require extra strength, it would be ideal to choose a poly mailer with a thickness of 0.10mm. For items that require the strongest protection, a poly mailer with a thickness of 0.14mm would be the best.
