  • Orders placed before 12pm MYT weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm MYT weekdays will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

Possible Delays

From time to time, there may be delays due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation in Malaysia, public holidays, where address or payment information requires confirmation, and other delays in the postal network outside of our control. During Promotion and Sale periods, there may also be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays. Our delivery T&Cs apply to all orders through the E-Boutique.

Our delivery partners are Ninjavan, Easyparcel & logistics company

Ninjavan & Easyparcel deliveries include tracking ID. Please look for tracking link in your confirmation email to trace your package.

Logistics company deliveries do not include tracking. Whatsapp / Email will be sent to update on your delivery status and delivery date.

SELF PICK UP / LALAMOVE

You may arrange your own delivery transport / Lalamove at your own expense to self pick up at our HQ location.
We will notify you once your order is ready for self-pick up. Just provide your order number to our team on-site to get your goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries are available. Please contact us at +6016-261 2977 or email to us at internationalsales@stellarpac.com for Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) Shipment.

Please note, all international packages may be subjected to custom duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR ORDER

Address and Order Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site.

Should you require to change address or order, please contact us via  +6016-261 2977 or sales@stellarpac.com immediately before delivery. Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address or order correction or amendment is requested.

Please note there may be instances where we are unable to correct or amend your order details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unless faulty or incorrect items received, all items purchased through our website are final and non-returnable for refunds or exchanges.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused if the item you received is faulty or incorrect.

Kindly initiate a return within 14 days of receiving you order by following the instructions:

  2. Please give one to three working days to process your return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will discuss your options for refund or exchange, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
