Tracking

Our delivery partners are Ninjavan, Easyparcel or logistics companies.

Ninjavan & Easyparcel deliveries include tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package.

Logistics companies deliveries do not include tracking. Whatsapp / emails will be sent to update on your delivery status and delivery date.

Processing

Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

Self Pick-up / Lalamove

You may arrange your own delivery transport / Lalamove at your own cost to self pick up at our location.

• Once your order is ready for self pick up, we will send you an email / whatsapp to notify you.
• Just provide the confirmation self-pick up email/whatsapp message to our team on-site to get your goods.
