FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused if the item you received is faulty or incorrect.

Kindly initiate a return by following the instructions:

To Lodge a Return:

  1. Kindly email your order number, item details and images to returns@stellarpac.com to authorize your return.
  2. Please give one to three working days to process your return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will discuss your options for refund or exchange, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

PREORDERS

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the product is available. You will not be billed for the item until it ships. We will send you an email when the product is available as well as when the item ships out.

PAYMENT

All payments for items purchased through online will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR ORDER

Address and Order Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site.

Should you require to change address or order, please contact us via  +6016-261 2977 or sales@stellarpac.com immediately before delivery. Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address or order correction or amendment is requested.
